What sizes do CHiLLi lingerie sets come in?
Our handmade bralettes and thongs are available in UK6-UK18, designed to flatter different body shapes with stretch and comfort. We’re working to expand our size range - if you don’t see your size, contact us, and we’ll try to make it happen.
How do I wash handmade lingerie?
To keep your lingerie looking fresh:
- Hand wash in cold water
- Use gentle, non-bio detergent
- Air dry (never tumble dry!)
This way, your lace lingerie, embroidered bralettes, and mesh thongs will stay fiercer for longer.
How long will more order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped the same day, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered. International shipping times will vary. What is your returns policy for lingerie?
Due to hygiene, we do not accept returns, please ensure you give the correct sizes when ordering your products. If however, you encounter any issues with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to support.

Do you make custom handmade lingerie?
